My name is Jonathan Bojan. I am a State College native, and I'm teaming up with Sprouting Troops LLC in Spring Mills, PA, to bring you an adventure in mycoculture!

In the process of trying to turn my house into a farm, I discovered mushroom cultivation. My inspiration has always been colors, so I'm working to create a business that brings an exciting new experience in culinary mushrooms that explores many visual possibilities that I think will be new to many people!
I realized, at some point, that most of us have come to accept the things we usually see at the grocery store as representative of most of what's available to eat. A little digging will quickly reveal a much wider range of possibilities. Keep exploring with me as I try to grow as many different types of edible and ornamental mushrooms as I can!
